  • Are some individuals born inherently amoral? Is the state of being amoral a conscious choice?

These questions have long sparked intense debate among philosophers, yet no consensus has emerged.

While I don’t claim to have definitive answers, my reflections on these profound inquiries inspired me to create this artwork. My exploration also delved into the definitions of immorality as shaped by societal constructs. As part of this creative journey, I chose to incorporate an image of a human x-ray, inviting viewers to look beyond surface-level ideologies surrounding immorality.

The outline depicting figures engaged in debauchery, along with their transgression of societal norms, is strategically placed near the lower section of the x-ray. This imagery serves as a representation of the ongoing debate about whether our moral compass is an inherent trait or a learned behavior.
