Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by me, the purchase of any art (original, print, or merchandise) does not transfer copyright to the buyer. All rights to the images and designs remain the sole property of Tamiko Greene Contemporary Art.

Prohibited Uses

The buyer is granted a license for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this agreement, the buyer may not:

Reproduce, scan, or copy the artwork or merchandise for any purpose.
Use the artwork or merchandise for commercial gain, including, but not limited to, resale, advertising, or as part of a secondary product.
Claim the artwork or merchandise as their own creation or modify the work or item in any way.

Social Media Sharing

I love seeing my art and merchandise in your home! You are welcome to share photos of your purchased artwork and merchandise on social media, provided that Tamiko Greene Contemporary Art is credited or I am tagged as the creator.
